Dinner from the West Ausable River

Pan fried trout, roasted carrots with local maple syrup and mashed potatoes. Wow!

We serve breakfast at the Whiteface Farm Bed and Breakfast but wow - this is a local dinner that can’t be beat. Buck’s been doing a lot of fishing since the seaon opened and the trout is amazing. He cooks it perfectly with just a light corn meal coating.
